How does Floe authenticate with our product?+
For demos, we log into your demo instance directly. For onboarding, Floe runs in the user's own authenticated browser session via the injected snippet. No separate authentication needed.
Does Floe store customer PII?+
No. Floe processes data in transit to execute actions but minimizes persistent storage. We log interaction events for analytics, but sensitive customer data remains in your database. Our architecture is designed for SOC2 and GDPR compliance.
What happens if an action fails during setup?+
Floe has a graceful degradation engine. If an action fails, the agent instantly switches to guided mode with precise manual instructions so the journey never stalls.
